When it’s time for a new floor, you have 3 options. Option 1 is solid hardwood. Option 2 is laminate or engineered flooring. Option 3 is tile.

Solid Hardwood Works
If your subfloor is plywood or other wood, you have the option to install solid hardwood flooring.
You have so many choices when it comes to finish, color and style. I don’t limit you to choosing any particular brand or style.

GOT CONCRETE?
Laminate or Engineered Wood
If your subfloor is concrete, then we can not use nails or glue. We must float laminate or engineered flooring.
Laminates have synthetic or man-made layers. Engineered floors have a thin top layer of real wood.
When choosing color, wood species, and width, you can show me a picture or sample board, or website. Then I will find the best matches I can and bring you samples to choose from.
HEAVY TRAFFIC?
Ceramic Tile
If your floor is going to get wet or get heavy foot traffic, tile is a great option.
We provide expert installation and preparation of your subfloor and tile, including tile cutting and installing a pattern of your choice.
When choosing the room you want to get a tile floor, you can specify a layout pattern for your tile, if you wish. Just show us a picture or drawing of the idea you have in mind. We will work out the best plan of installation to showcase the beauty of your tile, while providing secure, clean solid flooring that will remain stable and look great for years.
Bryant’s Underlay Facts: What Goes Beneath Your New Floor
All floors receive an underlay/moisture barrier.
Laminate and engineered woods get Floor Muffler, a state-of-the-art polyethylene foam underlay that stabilizes the floor, reduces noise (especially helpful in condos), and has superior mold, mildew, and moisture protection.
For solid hardwood floors we use Aqua-Bar, which is excellent for allowing moisture to dissipate away from your floor. Excess moisture is a major concern for new floor applications; if there is nowhere for moisture to go, excess water may cause warping over time.
Bryant’s Finishing Touches
I install all trim, mouldings, thresholds, and reducers as necessary. These are almost always included in the price.
